data in accordance with the requirements set forth in the applicable legislation on the protection of

of personal data processing and the technical and organizational conditions that
should be met by devices and IT systems used to process
personal data (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024); the guidelines of the Inspector General for the Protection of
Personal Data; the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27
April 2016. on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of
personal data and on the free flow of such data, and repealing Directive
95/46/EC.

If you use payment using an external payment system,
any data you provide when you go to the payment operator’s website remains registered
exclusively in its database and is in no way accessible or stored by
classicshop.pl.
Collection, acquisition, scope and purpose of personal data collection

IV. Cookies – Your personal data, which are downloaded
automatically after entering the classicshop.pl

only in the process of optimizing classicshop.pl in order to provide the greatest possible convenience

This data is never combined with the data provided referred to in Part III and is
only material for statistical analysis and system error correction mechanisms.
classicshop.pl uses servers of OVH sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wroclaw (KRS:
0000220286; NIP: 8992520556) and store software of NetArch Sp. z o.o with its registered office
in Krakow (KRS: 0000286559; NIP: 945-208-91-38). These companies do not have direct
access to personal data and do not process them in any way.
Data is processed for 24 months after the last activity.
B. classicshop.pl (cookies)
classicshop.pl uses „cookie” technology, i.e. text files placed on
your device, to enable classicshop.pl to recognize you and adapt
classicshop.pl to your needs.
classicshop.pl uses cookies to:
1. remember your login (session lasts 30 minutes from last activity, after which
cookie is deleted);
2. remember the contents of your shopping cart (session lasts 30 days from last activity,
after which cookie is deleted);
3. remembering your display preferences of classicshop.pl (session lasts 30 days from
last activity, after which cookie is deleted);

in connection with the need to fulfill contractual or legal obligation of the Administrator
of Personal Data. The categories of entities to which data may be transferred include:
advertising agencies, banks, accounting and bookkeeping offices, IT service providers, courier companies,
logistics companies, payment institutions, carriers.
In case of such transfer, the Personal Data Administrator shall enter into appropriate entrustment agreements with these
entities, guaranteeing the highest standard of protection and
preservation of confidentiality and security of personal data, as well as their use
only for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Administrator
